I hold a BA in Psychology with a minor in Applied Mathematics, and at 22, I bypassed a master's degree and was admitted directly into a Ph.D. program. However, an inner voice urged me to gather real-life experiences before settling into academia.
Hence, I embarked on a journey across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Central America, and the U.S., accumulating diverse perspectives and an embodied understanding that no classroom could impart.
Under the tutelage of Alan Cohen, a best-selling author and a preeminent coach of transformation, I honed my skills. Presently, I serve on the Board of Directors for Sheer Love Rwanda, a non-profit fostering healing and empowerment among children and families.
I am an avid reader and a daily meditator, sometimes dedicating up to six hours to it, as I believe that inner stillness is a revolutionary act in today's world.
